Gustavo Heide from São Paulo, currently number 174 in the ranking, is the second major hire for Slyce, a new national clothing brand aimed at tennis players.
Champion of the Asunción challenger last week, the first of its kind in his young career, the tennis player who just turned 22 is preparing for a season on European clay, including the unprecedented dispute in the Roland Garros qualifier.
Heide was excited about the new and important partnership: 'I believe it will be a very successful partnership. I really liked the quality of the clothes, and I believe it will help me a lot on the court. Let's go with everything!', said the athlete enthusiastically.
With the inclusion of the tennis player trained in Rio de Janeiro, Slyce now has two top national athletes as fundamental pillars of the brand, as in March it signed an agreement with Felipe Meligeni, the number 3 in Brazil, another who will also compete in the qualifier for Roland Garros, at the end of May.
