Shipping Policy
We know it's terrible to buy something, pay a lot for shipping and wait for days. Therefore, we are committed to ALWAYS seeking the lowest price and shortest deadline. But always prioritizing the most sustainable means possible.
Delivery times:
The delivery time depends on the zip code selected to send the order and the shipping method chosen.
We have 4 shipping methods:
- Same Day Delivery: is the delivery method for the same day of purchase. If you purchase before 11:30 am, you who live in São Paulo capital can receive it on the same day. After this time, the modality cannot be chosen, being released again the following day.
- Loggi: express shipping method that has excellent deadlines for the country's capital. If your request is approved after 2pm (Brasília time), consider starting the deadline from the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered when counting working days. Orders placed and approved over the weekend will be posted on Monday.
- Jadlog: sending method with excellent granularity of municipalities. It has a great delivery rate and more affordable shipping prices. If your request is approved after 2 pm (Brasília time), consider starting the deadline from the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered when counting working days. Orders placed and approved over the weekend will be posted on Monday.
- Post Office : shipping method that delivers to any municipality in Brazil. At Correios, there is an express way called Sedex, where shipping is faster. The other form of delivery by Correios is PAC, where the shipping cost is more affordable, but the delivery time is longer. If your request is approved after 2 pm (Brasília time), consider starting the deadline from the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered when counting working days. Orders placed and approved over the weekend will be posted on Monday.
IMPORTANT : Enter your zip code at checkout and see the price quote and deadline for your address, so you will have exactly the price of each modality and the specific deadline for your location.
Order posting
Orders confirmed before 2pm (Monday to Friday - Brasília time) will be posted on the same day. Orders confirmed after 2pm will be posted the next business day. After your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code within 1 business day so you can track the location of your order directly on the carrier's website. You will receive this code by email and can also access it in your customer area on the website.
IMPORTANT : In Same Day mode there is no tracking code, but as stated above, if your order has been confirmed by 11:30 am, your order will be delivered on the same day. If this time is exceeded, delivery will take place on the next business day.
In some cases, Slyce reserves the right to choose the shipping method so that the order arrives in the shortest possible time.
Delays or non-receipt of the order
Carriers make three delivery attempts to the recipient's address on consecutive days. If there is no one there to receive it, the order will be returned to our address. If your order is delayed, please contact Slyce so that we can check with the carrier the reason for the delay. All our orders are sent with insurance for the purchase value, and may be subject to delays in delivery by the Carriers, therefore, for the order to be refunded to the buyer, it is necessary to obtain from the carrier a definitive response that the order is lost. Before that, the carrier continues to deliver the order. For delivery to be made correctly, the customer must fill in the delivery address correctly. If a box is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will have to pay return shipping.
