Ingrid Martins is a Brazilian tennis player who has been gaining more and more space on the international scene. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Ingrid fell in love with the sport from an early age, taking this passion to another level when she received a 100% scholarship to study and compete at the University of South Carolina, in the United States. During her college career, she stood out, obtaining 1st place in doubles and 4th in singles in the NCAA rankings in 2019.

A professional since 2019, Ingrid has won seven titles on the professional circuit and reached 48th place in the WTA doubles world rankings in 2023.

Her determination and perseverance have led her to significant achievements, such as the runner-up position at the WTA 250 in Rabat and the title at the WTA 250 in Bad Homborg in 2023. In addition, she has shone in Grand Slam tournaments, reaching the second round at Roland Garros and the round of 16 at Wimbledon in the same year.

Ingrid is an athlete who constantly seeks to be the best version of herself, both on and off the court. She has been a true ambassador for Brazilian tennis, always willing to share her story and inspire new generations of athletes.
