Committed to the principles of excellence in service, transparency and in compliance with the Consumer Protection Code, Slyce bears all exchange, return and delivery costs for a new product.

REQUEST FOR REFUNDS AND REFUNDS

RIGHT TO REPENT

According to the law of article 41 of the Consumer Protection Code, in the Slyce online store, the consumer has up to 07 (seven) calendar days after delivery to regret and communicate the withdrawal of the purchased product to the supplier.

For the refund to be made, you must not have used the product and must send it in its original sealed box, with tax document.

The value of the products purchased, when refunds are accepted, will always be refunded according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. In the case of purchases by credit card, the refund will be visible on up to two credit card statements. Please note that this procedure is the responsibility of the administrator of the credit card used, and it is not possible to anticipate the refund via credit to a current account. If you have already received the product, the refund will be requested from the administrator only after collecting and receiving the product at our distribution center.

In the case of purchasing by bank slip or Pix, the refund will occur within 7 (seven) business days, upon presentation of bank details for deposit and after collection and receipt of the product at our distribution center.

Attention: before receiving the new order, the item to be returned needs to be collected and, within 7 working days, the refund process will be released.

EXCHANGES

Consumers who purchase on the Slyce website have up to 30 calendar days after delivery to request an exchange of the product, as long as the exchanged product respects the quality standards of the Slyce team.

The exchange can be requested via chat on our website, WhatsApp or via email at sac@slyce.com.br. Just inform us that you want to make the exchange, your order number and your CPF and whether you want a credit on the website or if it is an exchange by size (inform which new size you want).

After requesting an exchange, we will send a postage code that allows the consumer to take the order to the Post Office and send it to our Distribution Center free of charge.

When the product arrives at our warehouse, the quality team will certify that it is in exchangeable condition. If it is suitable for exchange, we will release credit for purchasing on the website in the same amount originally paid for the product. If you have chosen to change the size, we will send you a new product in the desired size free of charge. This process will take up to 7 (seven) business days to complete.

If it does not pass approval from the quality team, the product will be returned without the right to replacement. The most common reasons for failure are:

• Signs of product use; • Signs of accidental damage; • Wear due to incorrect storage.

DEFAULT EXCHANGES

The deadline for communicating a defect in the part to us is 90 (ninety) calendar days after delivery of the order. Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, only production defects.

In the event of a manufacturing defect on products under warranty, contact our team to report the problem and do not forget to send the product with its original packaging.

We consider it to be a defect when the product presents a problem that compromises its functionality. If this occurs with your product, identify which option below best fits your needs:

GOODS REPLACEMENT

You can choose another item depending on stock available in our online store. The choice of a new product must be limited to the value of the original merchandise on the sales invoice. If there is a difference, payment must be made according to the options available on the website.

NEW PRODUCT - WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT

If the item purchased in our store is defective within the warranty period, we will exchange the product. It is worth remembering that this request will go through an evaluation process, with the possibility of the request being considered inappropriate and presenting a report unfavorable to the exchange.

To report a manufacturing defect, contact our team by email at sac@slyce.com.br. For the process to occur more quickly, it will be necessary to send media (photos or videos) that prove the product defect (described when contacting us) so that our quality team can evaluate and complete the report. The average time for completing the exchange is 5 business days after receiving the photo. Our analysts will contact you informing you of the conclusion.

PRODUCT DEFECT ANALYSIS:

Defect assessment will be carried out by our quality team, and the final report on the defect exchange request will be completed. Average completion time: 5 working days after receiving the product.

FAVORABLE REPORT TO EXCHANGE:

The customer will receive a replacement product at the origin address, at no additional cost. If the same model is not in stock, the customer will be notified and will be able to choose another model to exchange, among the options available on the website, respecting the credit and availability limits. If there is a price difference between the chosen product and the claimed product, payment of the difference must be made according to the options available on the website.

REPORT AGAINST THE EXCHANGE:

The product will be returned without right of replacement. In order to reduce the chances of negative reports, always choose to send media (photos or videos) of the defective product to our team, this way, they will be able to inform you correctly and immediately whether the product is suitable for the exchange process by default.

COMMON REASONS FOR FAILURE:

• Absence of defect (failure to identify the damage reported by the customer); • Evidence of inappropriate use of the product; • Signs of accidental damage • Natural wear and tear as a result of use • Wear as a result of incorrect storage.

ATTENTION:

Before receiving the new order, the exchanged or returned item needs to be collected and, within a period of up to 5 working days, the process is released and in the case of an exchange, the customer will receive an invoice relating to the exchange order. The new delivery time will be calculated according to your zip code.
